Sports Physiotherapy is the provision of specialist support to people involved in Sport and Exercise. It includes advanced capability to minimise and prevent injury as well as manage acute and chronic sports injuries.

We can also provide specialist and advanced Rehabilitation , from the acute stage of injury or post operatively for example to a return to high level sport. Understanding the constraints of where you are and what you need to be able to do to reach your ultimate goals is vital to highly effective rehabilitation. Our extensive training , experience and always utilising the latest clinical guidelines ensures we provide you with an unrivalled clinical experience. Regularly collaborating with other sports professionals , such as S & C coaches , Personal Trainers , Technical coaches as well as other Medical personnel and Specialists to ensure optimal outcomes for each client .

This expertise in movement analysis and integration into high levels of function can also help with performance enhancement. This is done by deciding on specific goals you may have and then a through evaluation of biomechanical and movement deficiencies, inefficiencies, preferences and strategies that currently exist in the performance of that goal and then introducing ideas to change them. This is a very focused approach on getting someone from a functional, or even an elite level of performance up to a higher plane.
