Recovery & Beyond Physiotherapy was established in 2005 by Principal Physiotherapist Mr Osian Merfyn to provide an expert service specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, sports Physiotherapy and Sports massage therapy. We offer a bespoke range of services, from Physiotherapy treatment and Sports Massage Therapy , to complete and structured Prehabilitation, Sports Screening , Rehabilitation and Sports Performance. This ensures we are able to take you confidently through your recovery and beyond.

Our ethos is simple to enable every client to move better, and to function better, doing whatever it is they need to do, whether that be sitting at a desk for long hours, walking the dog, playing a bit of 5 a side running a marathon or participating in sport at an elite level.

All treatments are provided within our spacious private treatment room , and there is also a large fully equipped gym. We have ample free parking available directly in front of the building. Our clinic is conveniently situated with easy access from within Cardiff , Caerphilly , Newport and the M4, and is within walking distance from the Heath Hospital.
