Low back injuries are very common in rowing due to the repeated bending and loads through the spine, ribs are also under a lot of pressure due to this and can give localised pain potentially leading to stress fractures. While at the wrist ,the intersection syndrome may occur which is an inflammation of the tendon sheaths as they rub over each oither. All these injuries may have some technical or biomechanical issues which needs addressing as well as some localised treatment.
